Business Administration
Since starting College in September my attitude towards education and work in general has improved dramatically. In school my attendance was pretty low but college is different; I have learned that I get out what I put in and I have proven to myself that I can achieve the things I didn’t think I could.
I have learned many universal skills since starting my Business Administration course which will help me succeed in any job; however my ambition is to be my own boss and open my own ladies boutique. I feel confident that this is the first step to help me achieve this dream.
There is a lot of support available to those that need it and many options for students who need somewhere quiet to work, the study room in the LRC is where I like to escape to.
The college put a lot of effort into making students feel welcome. In my first week I attended a freshers’ event; it had a really good atmosphere and helped me get to know my new classmates. It was a good way set off my college experience with a bang and help me settle in.
